Sunrise Yoga at the beach

Join us for an awakening Sunrise Yoga Session at the beautiful Bogatell Beach in Barcelona. Breathe in the fresh air, feel the warmth of the rising sun, and connect with yourself and like-minded people as we flow through a Hatha Vinyasa Yoga practice. This class is perfect for Yoga Enthusiasts with some previous experience, but don't worry if you are not a seasoned Yogi: the practice is adaptable and enjoyable for all levels.

In this practice I will guide you through a series of Vinyasas, postures and breathing exercises that help you create space in your body and therefore improve your flexibility, coordination and strength. The serene setting and encouraging environment will help you calm your mind and connect with your body and soul.
Whether you are looking to de-stress from the week or take some time to connect with yourself, this Yoga class is a grounding way to start your day and transition into your weekend.
Don't forget to bring your mat, a bottle of water and a towel and swimsuit if you want to join us for a refreshing dip in the sea after.
