Creative Vinyasa Flow

On Saturdays I will be guiding a fluid and creative Hatha-Vinyasa class that weaves mindful breath with flowing sequences, balancing strength and softness. Postures unfold with a sense of play and exploration, combining curiosity and presence. The class blends grounding Hatha alignment with the dynamic rhythm of Vinyasa and the softness and flow of dance, inviting you to move with ease and presence, returning to a place of balance and openness.
