Hi, I'm Lukas – a certified Pranayama instructor through Yogalap – and I’d love to invite you to a calming and uplifting breathwork session.
We'll gently move the body with light stretching, explore conscious breathing through Pranayama, and close with a short meditation. The session lasts around 45–60 minutes and is suitable for all levels.
What to bring:

  • Something comfortable to sit on (yoga mat, cushion, or blanket)
  • Paper tissues (breathwork can be cleansing!)
  • An open mind and your breath
