Lovely Weekend skiing at Masella + Social dinner

Hi guys!

Here are some guidelines about the weekend plan we have made for 28 February and 1 of March 2015.

We've planned a weekend to enjoy the snow, but at the same time enjoy the Cerdanya having a social dinner in a charming restaurant.

The area enjoys a high annual amount of sunshine – around 3,000 hours per year. Requirements:

People should bring its own ski / snowboard equipment. Otherwise, there are some places to rent the equipment at Masella Ski Resorts.

Advice:

We suggest bringing a camera.

We strongly suggest you to take out an optional ski accident insurance (at Masella Ski Resorts) 3 € per day.

Price and terms of payment:

Price: 155 €

Your spot is NOT confirmed until you have sent the payment.

One you have done your RSVP we'll sent you de details about the payment.

Please don’t make your RSVP if you are not completely sure you are going to make it. Always be in solidarity with those that are willing to make it leaving the spots free.

Trip Includes:

Saturday+Sunday Day pass Masella Ski resorts.

1 Dinner in a charming restaurant.

1 Night accommodation in Hotel SuperMolina***(You’ll share room with another member).

Not include:

Transport is not included with price. However, we are willing to coordinate the travel from Barcelona to the ski resort by private cars. So if you got a car and you want help us taking people from Barcelona to the ski resort, please let us know ASAP. barcelonasnowlovers@gmail.com We recommend establishing a price of 80 euros per car that should be share for its occupants. This is a estimated price taking into account all tolls (including “Túnel del Cadí), fuel, tyre wear, etc. Please note you will be asked to pay directly to the driver.

Note 1:To carry out this Meetup there must be a minimum of 6 members plus organizer and co-organizer. If we don't get this number of members we shall be forced to cancel this Meetup.

Note 2: We don't ask for a minimum ski level to attend this Meetup. Everybody will be welcome. However we wish to make clear that the organizer and the co-organizer are not ski/snow instructors. We organize this kind of Meetup with the wish to share our passion for ski, meeting new people and having fun. Este es el planning que hemos organizado para el fin de semana del 28 de Febrero y 1 de Marzo de 2015.

Hemos planeado un fin de semana para disfrutar de la nieve, pero al mismo tiempo también poder disfrutar de La Cerdanya con una cena para compartir emociones en un restaurante encantador.

Según la wiki:

La Cerdanya es una comarca de Catalunya, histórica región de los Pirineos orientales a caballo entre Francia y España. La Cerdanya tiene una superficie de 1.086 km2 (419 millas cuadradas), dividido casi en partes iguales entre España (50,3%) y Francia (49,7%). La zona goza de una gran cantidad anual de sol - alrededor de 3.000 horas al año. Por esta razón, los proyectos de energía solar a gran escala pioneras se han construido en varias localidades de La Cerdanya francesa, incluyendo Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via, cerca de la planta de Themis Targassonne, y Mont-Louis Horno Solar en Mont-Louis.

A lo que vamos.... disfrutaremos de la nieve en la estación de esquí de Masella.

Sobre las 16:30 -17:00 saldremos hacia el hotel ( Super Molina Hotel ***) para el check-in, una ducha y un breve descanso.

20:00 Cena en el restaurante con encanto

23:00 Volvemos al hotel….

Requisitos:

Los inscritos deben traer su propio material de esquí / snowboard. El Meetup no incluye el material de esquí. Hay algunos lugares para alquilar los equipos en la estación de esquí de Masella.

Recomendable:

Se recomienda traer cámara.

Recomendamos contratar el seguro de accidente de esquí opcional (en Masella Ski Resorts) 3 € por día.

Precio y condiciones de pago:

Precio: 155 €

La plaza no estará confirmada hasta que se haya realizado el pago.

Una vez realizada la RSVP no debes enviar el justificante de pago.

Por favor, no realizar la RSVP si no se está completamente seguro de que se va a realizar la actividad. Hay que tener en cuenta que las plazas son limitadas y estamos ocupando el lugar de alguna otra persona que si que puede estar realmente interesada en acudir a este Meetup. El viaje incluye:

Sábado + Domingo Forfait de esquí de Masella.

1 Cena en un restaurante encantador.

1 noche de alojamiento en el Hotel Supermolina *** (compartirás habitación con otro miembro).

1 Desayuno (Hotel)

No incluye:

El transporte no está incluido en el precio. Sin embargo, estamos dispuestos a coordinar el viaje de Barcelona a la estación de esquí de los vehículos particulares. Así que si tienes un coche y quieres colaborar en desplazar a la gente desde Barcelona a la estación de esquí, por favor háznoslo saber lo antes posible. (barcelonasnowlovers@gmail.com) Recomendamos establecer un precio de 80 euros por vehículo que debe ser compartido por sus ocupantes. Lo hemos calculado a un precio estimado teniendo en cuenta todos los peajes (incluyendo "Túnel del Cadí), combustible, desgaste de los neumáticos, etc. El pago se deberá realizar directamente al conductor.

Nota 1: Para poderse llevar a cabo este Meetup tiene que haber un mínimo de 6 miembros, además de organizador y co-organizador. Si no conseguimos este número de miembros nos veremos obligados a cancelar este Meetup.

Nota 2: No pedimos un nivel de esquí mínimo para asistir a este Meetup. Todo el mundo será bienvenido. Sin embargo queremos dejar claro que el organizador y el co-organizador no realizaran trabajos de monitor de esquí/snow. Organizamos este tipo de Meetup con el deseo de compartir nuestra pasión por el esquí, conocer gente nueva y divertirnos. Si eres un principiante, puedes asistir a este Meetup, aunque organizaremos diversos grupos en función del nivel de destreza de cada un@ de los asistentes, aunque recomendamos a los principiantes que contraten clases particulares en la escuela de Masella:
