Hi guys, it was about time to schedule our first Meetup this season!
Here are some guidelines about the weekend that will take place from 3 to 5 March in Andorra.
We've planned a weekend to enjoy the huge amount of snow this season is offering us.

Friday, March 3, 2017
16:00 Meeting point (We’ll meet at Barcelona) We’ll use private cars to get Andorra.
When we get Andorra will do the check in. We have chosen an hotel in Encamp, close to the "Funicamp".

08:00 Breakfast at the Hotel
We’ll get “Gran Valira” and we’ll spend the day skiing and / or snowboarding.
Later on we’ll go to the hotel.

08:00 Breakfast at the Hotel
We’ll get “Gran Valira” and we’ll spend the day skiing and / or snowboarding.
16:00 We’ll take the private cars to get back Barcelona.
Requirements:
People should bring its own ski / snowboard equipment. Otherwise, there are some places to rent the equipment at Gran Valira Ski Resorts.
Advice:
We strongly suggest you to take out an optional ski accident insurance.
Price and terms of payment:
Price: 170 €
Once you have made your RSVP, you'll receive an email from the organiser team with all the details to make the payment. If in the coming 48 hours you haven't made the payment, the organizer team will cancel your reservation, giving others the option to do their RSVP.
Please don’t make your RSVP if you are not completely sure you are going to make it. Always be in solidarity with those that are willing to make it leaving the spots free.
Cancellation policy: Once you have made your reservation if you cancel it, you lose all the money you have paid.
Price Includes:
Two nights at a 2 star hotel. (You’ll share room with another member).
Two breakfast
Saturday+Sunday Day pass “Gran Valira”.
Not include:
Transport is not included with price. However, we are willing to coordinate the travel from Barcelona to the ski resort by private cars. So if you got a car and you want help us taking people from Barcelona to the ski resort, please let us know ASAP. We recommend establishing a price of 100 euros per car that should be share for its occupants. This is a estimated price taking into account all tolls (including “Túnel del Cadí), fuel, tyre wear, etc. Please note you will be asked to pay directly to the driver.
Note 1:To carry out this Meetup there must be a minimum of 6 members plus organizer and co-organizer. If we don't get this number of members we shall be forced to cancel this Meetup.
Note 2: We don't ask for a minimum ski level to attend this Meetup. Everybody will be welcome. However we wish to make clear that the organizer and the co-organizer are not ski/snow instructors. We organize this kind of Meetup with the wish to share our passion for ski, meeting new people and having fun. If you are a beginner, you can join us and at the same time if you want you can get classes at that ski school.

Hola chicos, ya era hora de programar nuestro primera Meetup de esta temporada!
Aquí os pasamos algunas pautas sobre el fin de semana que tendrá lugar del 3 al 5 de marzo en Andorra.
Hemos planeado un fin de semana para disfrutar de la enorme cantidad de nieve que esta temporada nos está ofreciendo.

16:00 Punto de encuentro (Nos reuniremos en Barcelona) Utilizaremos coches particulares para llegar a Andorra.
Cuando lleguemos a Andorra realizaremos el check in. Hemos elegido un hotel en Encamp, cerca del "Funicamp".
Sábado, 4 de marzo de 2017
08:00 Desayuno en el Hote
Nos desplazaremos hasta "Gran Valira" y pasaremos el día esquiando o surfeando.
Regreso al hotel al finalizar la jornada en GranValira.

08:00 Desayuno en el Hotel
Nos desplazaremos hasta "Gran Valira" y pasaremos el día esquiando o surfeando.
16:00 Cogeremos los coches particulares para volver Barcelona.
Requisitos:
La gente debe traer su propio equipo de esquí / snowboard. Si no se dispone de equipo propio, hay algunos lugares para alquilar el equipo en Encamp o GranValira.
Consejos:
Sugerimos contratar seguro de accidente de esquí en Gran Valira
Precio y condiciones de pago:
Precio: 170 €
Una vez que haya hecho su RSVP, recibirá un correo electrónico del equipo del organizador con todos los detalles para realizar el pago. Si en las próximas 48 horas no ha realizado el pago, el equipo del organizador cancelará su reserva, dando a otros la opción de hacer su RSVP.
Por favor, no haga su RSVP si no está completamente seguro de que va a venir con nosotros. Estará ocupando la plaza de otra persona que puede estar interesada en asistir al evento i que puede quedar fuera debido a que usted está ocupando una plaza.
Política de cancelación: Una vez que haya hecho su reserva si la cancela, pierde todo el dinero que ha pagado.
El viaje incluye:
Dos noches en un hotel de 2 estrellas. (Compartirás habitación con otro miembro).
Dos desayunos
Sábado + Domingo Pase de día "Gran Valira".
No incluido:
El transporte no está incluido en el precio. Sin embargo, estamos dispuestos a coordinar el viaje de Barcelona a la estación de esquí en coches particulares. Así que si tienes un coche y quieres ayudarnos a llevar a la gente de Barcelona a la estación de esquí, por favor haznos lo saber CUANTO ANTES. Recomendamos establecer un precio de 100 euros por coche que debe ser de participación para sus ocupantes. Este es un precio estimado teniendo en cuenta todos los peajes (incluido el "Túnel del Cadí"), combustible, desgaste de los neumáticos, etc. Tenga en cuenta que se le pedirá que pague directamente al conductor.
Nota 1: Para llevar a cabo este Meetup debe haber un mínimo de 6 miembros más organizador y co-organizador. Si no recibimos este número de miembros, nos veremos obligados a cancelar este Meetup.
Nota 2: No pedimos un nivel mínimo de esquí para asistir a este Meetup. Todos serán bienvenidos. Sin embargo, queremos dejar claro que el organizador y el coorganizador no son instructores de esquí / nieve. Organizamos este tipo de Meetup con el deseo de compartir nuestra pasión por esquiar, conocer gente nueva y divertirnos. Si eres un principiante, puedes unirte a nosotros y al mismo tiempo si lo deseas puedes contratar clases en esa escuela de esquí.
