- Pranayama Practice: Guided by Sabina Medina, we’ll move into grounding breathwork exercises to calm and center the body and mind.
- Sukkuti Ceremony: While savoring the warming Sukkuti, we’ll immerse in this ancient celebration.
- Ecstatic Dance: The experience culminates in a Ecstatic Dance session, guided by Pneuma, to release, express, and flow freely to uplifting beats.

Do I need to know how to dance?
Absolutely NOT! This is a space to express yourself freely.
I've never done something like this, is this weird?
Come with an open mind and a desire to play!
The main goal is to BE YOURSELF !
Are there any rules?
As any ecstatic dance journey, we will dance barefoot.
It is also an alcohol- and drug-free event!
And of course, consent is fundamental if you want to engage with anyone else.
Should I eat before coming?
We recommend eating a light meal that won't affect your capacity to move. If you bring any snacks, please remember we are a vegan space.
How should I dress?
Comfortable clothes for you to move and dance.
You might want to bring clothes to change afterward, if you like.
