Kundalini Energy Awakening Ibiza (Small group - Santa Eularia)

This is a small group Kundalini energy transmission, just 4 people, held in an intimate and supported space at Ashram Ibiza Yoga Center in Santa Eulària.

The session works with the body's natural ability to open, release, and process what is ready within you. There is nothing you need to do or achieve. No prior experience is needed, only genuine openness.

People come to this work for different reasons. Some are drawn by curiosity, some by a quiet sense that something in them is ready to shift. The experience unfolds differently for each person — sometimes subtle, sometimes unexpectedly deep. What tends to remain is a felt sense of more space, more clarity, more connection to yourself.

The session begins with a short arrival and grounding, then unfolds through music, presence, and energy transmission. You remain aware throughout. Afterwards there is time to rest and integrate.

A few practical notes: arrive having eaten lightly, and avoid caffeine 4–6 hours before. Avoid alcohol 24 hours before and after. Allow some quiet time after the session if you can.
