Vertical Tasting 2014-2018 | Chateau Tronquoy-Lalande in Saint-Estèphe, Bordeaux

On Thursday, January 19th, we’ll be having a vertical tasting of wines from the left bank appellation, Saint-Estèphe. We’ll be tasting the wines of Chateau Tronquoy-Lalande. The winery of Chateau Tronquoy-Lalande is neighbors with the iconic Chateau Montrose and these robust Cabernet based Bordeaux blends regularly fetch excellent scores from critics. Moreover, the past decade has had a number of excellent vintages. These wines should be a treat.

This tasting is an opportunity to learn how wines develop over time as well as understanding ‘vintage variation.’ In regions like Bordeaux, the quality and characteristics of wines can vary significantly each year. The vintages we’ll be tasting are 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018. The fee for this tasting is 35 Euros.
