Apúntate al evento donde recibirás un entrenamiento físico y técnico de este deporte.

Comenzamos con un calentamiento de 10 minutos,, luego ejercicios de técnica individuales por 30 minutos ✔, 30 minutos de práctica de esos ejercicios y 20 minutos de juego libre.
