This is not a race, nor is it a fitness challenge.

All levels welcome — we adjust the pace so no one is left behind.

We run rain or shine.
Bring appropriate clothes depending on the weather.

ℹ️ Good to know

  • Duration: ~ 30 minutes / ~ 5 km
  • Pace: easy-medium, but we do run, no walking
  • RSVP closes the evening before so we know who to expect
  • 18+ only

This is a low-pressure, high-consistency event.
