Birth Circle

The Birth Circle support group is a safe place to share your birth experience and process/heal from challenges that made the experience different from how you envisioned it. Babies are welcome. Many mothers have difficult births and are not given the space to talk about it. This experience can hold a lot of unexpressed feelings for some new mothers.
