Pablo Agnese holds a PhD in Economics from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, Spain, and currently holds a tenured position at the Economy and Business Organization Department of UIC Barcelona, Spain. Prior to this, he held a visiting position at the Business Department of FH Düsseldorf, Germany.

His current research interests lie in the fields of energy economics, cryptocurrency, and blockchain technology, with a recent focus on fan tokens. In the past, he led the SPORTCADEMIC project, an initiative designed to bridge the gap between student-athletes and their funding through the use of blockchain technology.

Francisco Leyton is a Web3 Product Leader with an MBA and a seasoned crypto investor since 2016. As Director of Product at Aurus, a leading tokenization company, he has played a pivotal role in launching innovative blockchain solutions powered by tokenized gold and silver, expanding their utility across DeFi, gaming, and digital collectibles.

With a strong focus on strategic growth and adoption, Francisco has successfully forged global partnerships with refineries and brokers, accelerating the accessibility of tokenized assets on a worldwide scale. His expertise lies in bridging traditional finance with the digital economy, driving innovation, scalability, and real-world adoption in the Web3 space.

Ayoub Ichchou is the CEO and founder of Beentor, with previous experience at Bit2Me and Sede Blockchain. With three years of experience in blockchain and tokenization, he specializes in payment systems, architecture, asset tokenization, cryptocurrencies, and NFTs.

Ayoub has been responsible for selecting the technology stack, designing and planning the engineering department, and has played an active role in strategy and roadmap development for multiple companies. He has led the creation of an NFT platform from scratch, designing the entire ecosystem of products and solutions at a technical level.

Rocio Jimenez is a Business Development and Market Expansion leader, currently serving as Business Development Leader at Coinstore and Coin8, a Singapore-based CEX. With education from the University of South Carolina and the University of London, she has led global strategies across Europe, the UK, and Spain, driving Web3 adoption and digital payments innovation.

Previously, as Director of BD & Partnerships at Bit2Me Commerce, she spearheaded high-impact projects with Mercedes-Benz, Toyota, and BBC, expanding crypto adoption and blockchain payment solutions. She is also an ambassador for Blockchain Málaga, promoting education and collaboration in the Web3 space.
