Local Ladies, I am starting a new weekly in-person workout. This will take place at Mt. Pleasant Waterfront Park (the newer section) every Wedneday at 8:30am. You will only need to bring yourselves and a mat. I'll provide a workout that will have modifications for all levels of fitness.

There is no cardio involved in this workout. We will focus on strength using body weight, flexibility, balance, and proper form.

This is a free class, and all are welcome to join.
