We all have that brave part within us.
The intention with this Inner Growth Community of "BRAVE HEARTS RECONNECT" is to create a safe and encouraging space for us to reconnect with that divine spark and become who we are truly meant to be, supporting each other in "coming home" to ourselves.
Join our community if your soul is attracted to:
- courageously embrace our authentic selves, speak out our hearts, be seen, accepted and appreciated
- meet like-minded/hearted souls, learn from each other and support each other on the Path
- positively challenge each other to make the best out of our human experience and enjoying the journey

Are you longing for some self-reflection but you never find the time or supporting structure to make it happen? â
In a safe and encouraging space we will be using various personal development tools to gain better understanding of ourselves and to increase our awareness.
Exploring our values, different areas of our life, our strengths and weaknesses, our dreams and our challenges, and how to overcome them to create a more balanced and fulfilling life of purpose â¨
The INTENTION is to:
⢠get more clarity about yourself and your direction in life đ
⢠reconnect with our Essence and our inner guiding system đ§
⢠get inspired to make positive changes in your life đ
⢠meet like-minded/hearted people and support each other on the Path đĽđĽ

- Be kind and respectful
- Itâs not about being ârightâ or âwrongâ but including more perspectives to learn from each other
- Assume good intentions of people

About the FACILITATOR:
Ela Kolodziej is a trained facilitator and a holistic therapist with years of experience; and she will do her best to create a safe and encouraging container to Be in and support our development process.
That being said, each participant is responsible for taking care of their boundaries and well-being, deciding when and how to participate, co-creating a beautiful and supporting space.

Although it is a space where healing can happen, it is not meant to be a therapy place, so if you have serious mental health problems or get easily triggered and overwhelmed, reconsider your participation.

A safe space to express our true selves, be seen and accepted.
Through a variety of group dynamics, we will be experiencing various aspects of our True Nature: Presence, Connection, Joy, Playfulness, Courage, Curiosity, Inner Peace, Love, etc.
