Yoga in The Park

Fun & Free Yoga Class with Energy Healing and Meditation at the end of the session.

This will be a beginner friendly class with additional instructions for advanced level moves.
I'm Melissa, I trained as a yoga teacher in Indonesia as well as Kundalini from the Gobind Institute.
I've been working as an Yoga teacher, Energy Healing practitioner (Reiki/Neurowave/Medical Qi Gong) and Hypnotherapist for a few years now. So that means the sound of my voice and quality of instruction will maximize each stretch and sensation. Just here to share the love. Let's have some fun levelling up physically, energetically, mindfully, and soulfully. That post yoga feeling after all those satisfying spinal twists and breath work = best feeling ever. Recalibrating on each level for a unique experience.
