This is a deeper edition of Capacity Club Valencia.
Two hours of conscious connected breathing, guided through music and somatic awareness. The point isn't relaxation. The point is to reach the part of your system that thinking can't touch and let it do what it already knows how to do.
I won't promise transformation. I'll promise this: the work is real, the process is honest, and what happens in those two hours is something you couldn't reach by reading, talking or thinking your way into it.

This is for you if:
→ You've been performing on the outside while running on empty underneath
→ You're carrying tension, fatigue, or pressure your weekends no longer reset
→ You've done the books, the courses, the conversations — and the needle still hasn't moved
→ You're done with frameworks and ready to do the actual work → You sense that the next level isn't going to come from your head

This is not for you if:
✕ You're curious but not committed
✕ You want to observe rather than participate
✕ You're waiting for someone to fix you
✕ You're not ready to leave where you currently are

How this connects to the Capacity Club work
Capacity is built across four layers - nervous system, emotional, mental, cognitive. The nervous system sits at the base. You can't build clarity, resilience, or regulation on top of a system stuck in survival mode.
Conscious connected breathing works that base layer directly.

Practical
2 to 2.5 hours. Max 15 people. 10€ cash at the door. English.
Wear comfortable clothes. Bring water. Best: Don't eat 2-3 hours before. Skip caffeine for at least 4 hours before.

Before you come
The breath is for everyone. If you're carrying something heavy in your body right now, that's often the strongest reason to be in the room - this work helps the system find its way back to itself.

That said, message me beforehand if any of the following apply: cardiovascular issues that aren't well-managed, history of aneurysm, epilepsy, bipolar disorder, serious psychiatric conditions, osteoporosis, recent surgery, glaucoma, or pregnancy. If you have asthma, bring your inhaler.
None of these are automatic disqualifiers, I just want to know before you walk in, so we can make sure the work serves you safely.
