La Capoeira es mucho más que una danza o una lucha: es expresión, juego, ritmo, canto y liberación. Es una actividad completa que combina cuerpo, mente y música de forma divertida y saludable.

Este taller está abierto a adultos y jóvenes, con o sin experiencia previa.
Ideal si quieres:

✔ Practicar música con instrumentos acústicos

📍 En el Parque Turia, bajo el Puente de la Trinidad, en el centro de Valencia – entre los árboles 🌳

Las clases combinan:

• Técnicas y movimientos de Capoeira
• Un bloque musical con cantos y práctica de instrumentos tradicionales

I’m Javi, instructor of the Sul da Bahia Capoeira group.
Each class includes:

• A movement and technique block
