Hello all! This is the next meeting and another flip project that we found in Riverside that we found on the market, negotiated down, and then got a deal for our clients! There are always 100 ways to skin a cat, and finding deals is always a good way to try 100 ways to get a good deal when someone else is looking somewhere else for a deal!

Sometimes there are big deals and small deals, and to the investor out there looking.. If you keep an eye on doing singles, the home runs will fall in your lap when you are looking for the single hits, do not always look for home runs each time!

This is a prime example of a single that will get you to the double or even home run that you are looking for in your flipping business!
