🌊The class includes initial aromatherapy, pranayama, and guided meditation with a small sound bath at the end.
🌴 Location is Malagueta beach at a palm oasis with grass next to Chiringuito Mami Beach.

☯️We will practice a mix of hatha, yin and vinyasa flow of asanas.
🤗Beginners are very welcome and if you need a yoga mat let me know 1h in advance.
