This Sunday at 3:00, 90 minutes of collaborative games and human interaction activities that....

  • invite connection, authenticity and self-awareness
  • have you be present to yourself and to the and other participants
  • are in a kind of "gym" to build authentic relating muscles
  • co-create a safe place where you can experiment with new behaviors, perfection not required

There are many different Authentic Relating activities and USUALLY each session is different. This one is a repeat of the event on Oct. 19, so if you came to that event please leave space for someone new (and your late RSVP is welcome).

The session is designed to be experiential - about 30% talking by facilitator and 70% participation and reflection by the participants.

No experience necessary, just bring your curiosity and willingness to share yourself, be present and curious.
Size is limited to the first 11 people who commit to coming.
COST free, may have to buy something at a cafe (there are other ways to contribute besides paying money)

To receive messages from me for THE ADDRESS or additional information, members need to make sure the setting for that is enabled (OR you can send me a message on this platform with your what's app number and I can send it there). Go to your account's Settings in Profile, find Push Notifications or Email Updates and make sure "Messages- Email me when someone sends me a message" is on. You can turn any of the other ones on or off.

The session starts with a check-in, followed by an activity to introduce the theme. At about 20 minutes after the start of the session, the "entrance doors" close and we have some Authentic Relating agreements for the rest of the session. (The "exit doors" are open all the time.) These set the context and create a safe space for sharing. It gets us all on the same page. An example is honor yourself/be present to yourself/own your experience/speak in the first person. Another example agreement is one person speaks at a time.
