Exploring Inner Insight Through Art
Detalles
WHEN: Tuesday evening, 90-120 minutes of ...
WHAT: Reflection, creative self expression and tapping into your own insight using ....
- Neurographic Art, a therapeutic, meditative drawing method developed in 2014 by Russian psychologist and architect Pavel Piskarev to transform stress into art. It involves drawing free-flowing, organic lines and rounding their intersections to create a network resembling brain neurons, fostering relaxation, mindfulness, and the restructuring of limiting thought patterns.
- It's a way to tap into your own insight. We will think of a problem or an answer that we’d like, write it down on one side of the paper, then start the drawing project on the other. The last 30 minutes we'll revisit the problem and see what solutions you have now. It's optional to share it out loud.
- We're going to meet just before sunset and we'll be there during sunset - it's a great spot to be at this time of day (and less windy than during the day)
COST: give someone else or an NGO apx. € 3 and/or help support the event by taking pictures, posting on Meetup, leaving a positive review, etc.
WHERE: We'll meet at the Steps to the Plaza de Participación Ciudadana, behind the Alfredo Kraus Auditorio. (see pics included here) WE'RE GOING TO MEET ON THE STAIRS FACING THE OCEAN and you can move to find another place if you want. There's lots of good places around there within good viewing of the sunset.
SESSION INFO: No experience is necessary, just bring your curiosity and willingness to share yourself, be present and curious.
