En esta experiencia vital, todes llevamos puestos unos lentes que moldean nuestra manera de interpretar la vida, de construir nuestra propia realidad y de relacionarnos con el mundo.

Este taller es una oportunidad para jugar con las distintas perspectivas y explorar como nos podemos liberar de creencias limitantes y así empoderarnos de nuestro don de elegir desde que lugar vivimos cada momento. En un espacio seguro y cuidado, a través de propuestas de danza y movimiento, conectaremos con el arte de cultivar la perspectiva como fuerza dinámica. Es una oportunidad para conectar contigo y con las demás con amor, diversión y creatividad.

In this human experience, we all wear invisible lenses—filters that shape how we perceive life, build our reality, and connect with the world around us.

This workshop is an invitation to play with perspective. Together, we’ll explore how to loosen the grip of limiting beliefs and reclaim the power to choose how we experience each moment—from a place of presence, openness, and freedom. In a safe and nurturing space, we’ll move through guided dance and embodiment practices designed to awaken curiosity, connection, and creativity. It’s a beautiful opportunity to come home to yourself and share meaningful moments with others—through love, movement, and play.
