Join us every Thursday at 7:30pm and Sunday at 10am for a dynamic Vinyasa flow infused with powerful pranayama techniques.

This 75 minute class creates deep harmony between breath and movement, developing strength, flexibility and conscious awareness through a breath-led practice.

Held in the beautiful Nestra Lavender Shala in El Gótico.

Led by an experienced teacher with over 10 years of personal practice and 500+ hours of certified training in Ashtanga, Hatha Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Pranayama, and Yoga Nidra.
