What 📝
It is a peaceful and fun gathering for expats living and visiting Tarragona or Costa Daurada focused on mindfulness and meditation. Language of the encounter: English. Let’s share our experiences, do a little meditation and bring good vibes over a picnic!

Who 🙋‍♀️
Everyone is welcome, whether you’re completely new to mindfulness or a seasoned practitioner! It’s not a religious gathering but a space where you can just be yourself mindfully and enjoy the company of others who share your interests.

(you are welcome to stay longer and go somewhere together after, if you’d like to)

With Whom 🐶
For organization purposes and to respect everyone’s privacy it is better not to bring pets.

What to bring 🧺
•⁠ ⁠A thick mat (not a towel since we’ll sit on the grass)
•⁠ ⁠A jacket (just in case it’s chilly)
•⁠ ⁠✨ Picnic!
Bring your own food (in a tupper) or something to share with everyone – up to you 🥗🥪🍒

All diets are welcome, and let’s respect each other’s choices.
