- 6:45 PM - The Secret Life of Software Engineers: Unraveling the Code-Covered Mysteries of a Normal Work Day. Lucia Cavallari, Software Developer Engineer at Criteo, will tell you about what's hidden behind the world of software engineering. This presentation is your opportunity to unveil the mysteries. Gain insights into software engineers' daily tasks, responsibilities, and unexpected challenges.

- 7:30 PM - Solid as a rock: backend testing for better sleep. Marina Altés, Software Developer Engineer at Criteo, will talk about the essential types of tests, tools, and best practices that ensure to get some rest at night without worrying much about your latest deployment. Elevate your development game with actionable insights in just one session!

- 8:10 PM - Women in Tech Roundtable. Alejandra, Marina and Lucia will review some of the main topics around diversity and inclusion for women in the tech industry (barriers, education, mentorship, companies' policies, imposter syndrome, etc)
