Main Training Session (1 hour)
• This is not a coached class. It’s a community workout and leasurely training together.
• mostly light trainings e.g.,bodyweight exercises like push up, pull-ups, dips, and simple strength training.
• I may bring some equipment (dumbbells, bench, sandbags, battle ropes) that we can share
