🌻📚Longevity Book Brunch - What to trust?

📅 Date: Saturday, 4 April
🕙 Time: from 10am
📍 Where: Big Migros Restaurant near HB, Löwenstrasse 35, top floor. I'll be wearing a hat (José)
📝 Plan: Each hour, 20min social + 40min discussion round. If weather allows, we take a walk by the river afterwards.

If you're interested in living a good long live and how to get it, you might be dazzled at the amount of information already out there...
So, let's get together to socialize and exchange about our sources, in particular books, for a rational, science- and evidence-based discussion with a philosophic overtone.
From my own collection, topics range from medicine to philosophy, with the occasional miracle claim.

➡️ Bring your favorite book(s), grab a coffee or breakfast and let's chat!

📚 We'll do discussion rounds based on who read what, maybe read some passages, and take social breaks. In each round, I'll introduce a set of books, topics and questions and some options for group/pair discussion.

At the end, you can defend your favorites and we take a voting on the most trustable titles, to share with the community.
And if the weather is good, we can go for a short walk afterwards!

IN ENGLISH by default. FREE but please order drinks or food to support the venue, prices are reasonable. A small donation 2-5 CHF is welcome, or buy me a drink/snack or bring a book you don't use anymore ;-)

=== INFO for new guests ========================
A constructive, respectful attitude is expected. The idea is explore a topic together and learn about different perspectives. Participants share arguments, knowledge, opinions, insights, get feedback on their ideas but also challenge with questions or about flaws in reasoning. Or can also just listen, no pressure.
In some cases I might assign a moderator per group to guide discussion and a wisdom keeper to write down the insights on a template.
