Join us for a relaxing Sunday hike in the beautiful valley of Glendalough, one of the most scenic areas in the Wicklow Mountains.
We’ll explore the Upper Lake – Miners’ Village Loop, a stunning circular route with lakeside views, forest trails and historic mining ruins.

📅 Date: Sunday, 8th March
🕙 Meeting in Dublin: 10:45 AM at St Stephen’s Green (opposite Stephen Court)
🚌 Departure: Around 11:00 AM
🚶‍♂️ Hike start: approx. 12:30 PM at the Glendalough Visitor Centre, right next to where the bus drops passengers off.

Distance: ~11.4 km
Elevation gain: ~250 m
Estimated duration: 3–3.5 hours (relaxed pace with photo stops)
Difficulty: Moderate — woodland paths, gravel sections and some boardwalks.
Start point: Glendalough Visitor Centre
