(ENG) Join us on 15 February for a special Valentine’s Power Pilates class — perfect to enjoy with your partner, a friend, family, or on your own 💫
If you’re new to Power Pilates, this is a great opportunity to try it out: a full-body workout full of strength and energy, finished with a wellness-focused cool down.
The class will mainly be held in Spanish, with english guidance and adaptations provided when needed.
Bring your mat, water bottle, and come ready to enjoy the experience 💖
