This retreat is about freedom to dare to be yourself in total connection with your deepest essence. Being fully present in your body and in the here and now with everything that presents itself in the field of love, intimacy, passion, sexuality, desires and boundaries. Exposing yourself on all layers and coming home to yourself.
Allow yourself to be included in concrete exercises in this incredibly vulnerable and beautiful area of research, in which (physical) contact is built up slowly, so that there is enough room to really dare to feel what may arise in you.
Central to this is the sacred marriage between the feminine and masculine energy within yourself and the connection between heart and pelvis.
