Queremos anunciar que el próximo meetup será el Lunes 14 de Junio a las 19:00 UTC+2, hora española, estrenaremos nuestro primer evento online. La charla será en inglés, pero contaremos con traducción al castellano.

Hablará Yauhen Babakhin sobre cómo funcionan realmente los DeepFakes, y cómo se puede usar la IA para detectarlo.

Yauhen trabaja como Senior Data Scientist en H2O.ai, es Kaggle Grand Master, cuenta con 9 medallas de oro en todo tipo de competiciones, y participó en la competición de IA "Deepfake Detection Challenge".

Esta competición fue organizada por AWS, Facebook, Microsoft y The Partnership on AI; y los equipos competían por encontrar manipulaciones DeepFake en vídeos. El primer premio era de quinientos mil dólares, y se repartieron 1M $ en premios.

We're very glad to announce our first online event next Jun the 14th, Monday at 19:00 UTC+2.
The talk will be in English, you'll have available English subtitles during the intro.

Yauhen Babakhin will talk about how Deepfakes work, and how to detect them using AI.

Yauhen, Senior Data Scientist at H2O.ai and Kaggle Grand Master, have won 9 gold medals at Kaggle and took part at the "Deepfake Detection Challenge".

This competition was organized by AWS, Facebook, Microsoft and The Partnership on AI Steering Committee on AI. The teams that participated had to detect DeepFake videos. The price pool consisted of a million dollars. First place winners received a $ 500K reward.
