Sunny Entrepreneurs at Mallorca Startups Summer Meet

We would like to invite you for more entrepreneurial stories, back at The Boat House!

We are happy to host Feliks Eyser who has built and recently successfully exited the company Regiohelden, enabling local businesses to market effectively to their markets. He will bring with him a group of German entrepreneurs from the Digital Founders Camp. Feliks will talk to us about startup failures and success:

"From Zero to Hero - The building of one of Germanys biggest marketing companies"

Feliks is a German serial entrepreneur and investor. After a failed attempt at an e-commerce startup during his studies he started RegioHelden right out of university. In less than 7 years he grew the company to over 300 employees, raised more than 10m EUR of venture capital and eventually sold the business to a German media company (Ströer) in an eight-figure transaction.
Today Feliks is an active investor and supporter of more than 20 early-stage internet startups in Germany. In in his company-building activities he focusses on local tech, marketplaces and direct-to-consumer e-commerce companies. He’s a regular speaker on entrepreneurship and speaks openly about his mistakes and failures which he sees as valuable lessons on a founders journey. Feliks is an active member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organisation and held several EO board positions since 2011. In his free time Feliks enjoys traveling and meeting fellow entrepreneurs all around the world.

Fede Leguizamo is of Argentinian descent, now adopted in Mallorca. He will speak to us about:

"Lessons from Silicon Valley: what we should and [definitely] should not copy from the city of entrepreneurship"

Federico is a psychologist, entrepreneur, and motivational speaker with over 6 years of experience managing clinical practices and research teams. His career as a therapist began in the Unidad Integral de Psicología (UIP), to later join the Support for Learning team at Escola Global, where he founded Little Valley, an initiative that fosters a passion for entrepreneurship and strengthens global mindedness of children in Mallorca. In the summer of 2017, Federico managed Startup Embassy, the oldest hacker house in Silicon Valley, while attending a summer psychology course at Stanford University. Currently, Federico has embarked a new venture as Chief Operations Officer of QuBank, a co-founded fintech platform for emerging markets.
