Outdoors racing at UCSD

We're back at the campus of UCSD in San Diego with Professor Jack Silberman and his students.

We're racing outdoors, so this primarily for cars using GPS, ideally RTK. Donkeycar, Ardurover, Autoware, etc. All will work.

The first two hours will be testing and training, and then we'll have races after lunch.
