Based in West Michigan, our events are centered around fitness, yoga, dancing, music and socializing, so no matter what you’re into, we have something for everyone. We strive to create an inviting atmosphere where people can come together and enjoy each other’s company, without any of the negative consequences of alcohol consumption. Friday Nights at the Bar
Forever Young Studios, 1111 Godfrey Ave SW Suite N185, Grand Rapids, MI, USWe’re excited to introduce a new way to kick off your weekend at Forever Young Studios! Every Friday, we’re hosting "Friday Nights at the Bar" from 5:30-6:30 PM.
Here’s what you can look forward to:
Half-priced drop-ins – If you or a guest wants to stop by for a one-off session, it's only half the cost. Register HERE or bring $10 cash, Venmo or CashApp
Focus on skilled kettlebell, barbell, or bodyweight exercises – It's the perfect opportunity to refine your skills and take your strength training to the next level.

Kettlebell Express
Forever Young Studios, 1111 Godfrey Ave SW Suite N185, Grand Rapids, MI, USKettlebell Express was a hit, so I'm adding it to the schedule every Saturday at 10am!
30 minutes of smart, joint-friendly strength and conditioning designed for adults who want to feel stronger, more energized, and confident with kettlebells.
In just half an hour you will:
- Learn or review the basics of safe kettlebell technique (hinge, squat, push, pull, carry).
- Get a focused, full-body strength and conditioning session without feeling beat up.
- Experience the Forever Young Studios coaching style and supportive community.
All fitness levels are welcome. We’ll provide modifications and help you choose the right weight so you feel challenged, not overwhelmed.
Who's it for
- Adults who want to get stronger and improve conditioning without high-impact workouts.
- Current members curious about a shorter, focused kettlebell option.
- Non-members who want to experience the studio before committing to a program.
