Talk 1: Cloudflare to support your AI projects

Talk 2: Beyond the bot: How to design product systems for plural intelligence by Madalena Costa
Products are getting more capable, but user trust isn't keeping up with them. The reason isn't the technology. It's that most product teams are still designing experiences for a single AI interaction, while the systems in the background have become something much more complex: systems where several agents act at once, like planning tasks, retrieving information and making decisions in parallel.
When the product experience doesn't reflect that reality, users will feel it. Things happen that they didn't expect. Control becomes vague and in the end, they churn.
This session is about closing that gap. It won't be by showing the complexity, but by designing product experiences that make coordination feel natural, transparent, expected and trustworthy.
We'll explore how to turn complex system behavior into clear product moments users understand, like: how to show the right signals at the right moments, how to design shared agency between users and agents without creating confusion and how to build the kind of routine integration that earns long-term retention rather than weakening it.
Because plural systems don't fail in the architecture but in the experience layer. It lives in the decisions about what users see, when they're asked to act and what the product communicates or deliberately doesn't, about how it works.
Attendees will leave with a new way of thinking about product experience in multi-agent systems and concrete principles they can apply to their own roadmaps.

Bio: Madalena Costa is a product experience & AI systems strategist based in Lisbon, exploring how humans and intelligent systems design products together.
Her work explores human–AI collaboration, product systems with and without AI, trust and retention systems and the evolving role of product designers in intelligent workflows. She hosts the Human × Intelligent podcast and is a Women Techmakers Ambassador and co-lead of Ladies that UX Lisbon, where she contributes to growing the design and tech community.

Talk 3: Can AI render your entire UI? by Jan Schulte
Vibe coding is cool, but why produce code at all? What if the LLM just generates HTML on the fly and responds to every user interaction — no React, no framework, no build step? In this talk I'll show how generative UI actually works, walk through the optimisation strategies that make real-time generation feel instant, and explain how to stop users from prompt-injecting your UI into oblivion.
Bio: Jan is founder & CEO of Betalyra, an AI innovation lab helping companies turn AI from a buzzword into something that actually works for their people. With a MSc. in Software Engineering Jan has been working in the AI industry since 2018 and focuses on generative UI, mechanistic interpretability, agentic AI, encoder models and RAG systems.
