Dear Souls,
Come feel the effect of morning vibrations on mind, body and soul. Reasonating with and percieving this silent symphony of nature that has a profound effect on our energy.
This Session focuses on:
👉🏻Moving spinal energy.
👉🏻Breathwork to slow down brain waves and letting Go
👉🏻Relaxation wave, accessing the centre of your mind, running universe’s energy and out of body technique to increase awareness
👉🏻Mantra Chanting.
Requirements:
• yoga mat or sheet (also an extra sheet to cover)
• water bottle (preferably with room temperature water)
• Clothing: as per comfort, the session is in open air. May be a thin layer of jacket as well.
🌿Most importantly, come with the intention to relax and give others their due space in expression.
Please let the facilitator know if you have any migraine, respiratory or cardiac issues, as breath work requires optimum systems.
Also, let the facilitator know if you are comfortable with touching on forehead, chest tummy or places on back to help release energies during breath work.
