Creative Pause is a series of mindful creative gatherings designed to help you disconnect from the everyday rush, reconnect with yourself, and share meaningful moments with like-minded people.

ABOUT THIS EDITION
For this edition, we’ll meet outdoors at Glòries Park for a relaxed watercolor session. No art experience needed. This is not a class, but an invitation to explore colors freely, enjoy the process, listen to music, chat, and simply be present.

🎟️ Ticket: Free of charge.

✨ Agenda:
• Brief and casual introduction to meet each other (20 minutes)
• Paint with watercolors at your own pace while chatting and listening to music (80 minutes)
• End the session with a short guided meditation to reconnect and close the experience (20 minutes)

📋 What to bring:
• Your own watercolor materials if you have them (optional, I’ll provide materials to share)
• Something comfortable to sit on (blanket, towel, or cushion)
• Some snacks or food to share if you’d like

• I’ll bring watercolor supplies to share and lemonade for everyone.

📍 Location: Gran Clariana de Glòries, Barcelona
A beautiful green area between Poblenou and Sagrada Família. We’ll meet near the grass area — exact meeting point details will be shared before the event.
