Women’s Full Body Circuit Training 💪
Join us for an empowering group workout designed to make you feel stronger, fitter and full of energy. Using resistance bands and bodyweight, we’ll train the whole body, strengthen the muscles and improve endurance.
What to expect:
- 🌸 Women-only group, supportive and fun
- 🔥 10 min warm-up to get moving
- 🏋️♀️ 30 min circuit (6–10 stations, depending on group size)
- 😌 10 min cool down & stretch
- Expert guidance from me as your personal trainer — I’ll be observing, correcting form and making sure you get the most out of every move.
This event isn’t just about the workout — it’s also a chance to connect with like-minded women and do something truly for yourself. The class is held in English, but I also speak Spanish if needed. It's a donation based event - pay if you want, as much as you think it's worth it!
