This workshop is an invitation to slow down, listen, and express yourself through art.

We will begin with a short Buddhist-inspired meditation 🧘‍♀️, followed by an introduction to mandalas ⭕️ — what they are, their symbolic meaning, and how drawing a mandala can support self-awareness and emotional exploration.

Through gentle body-based activities 🤍, we will move, release tension, and awaken creativity.
Then, you will have time to draw your own mandala freely and intuitively 🎨✨ — using colors and shapes to express emotions, sensations, and inner landscapes.

🎯 No drawing skills needed
🤍 This is not about technique, but about presence, listening, and self-expression

🧑‍🏫 The workshop will be facilitated by Laura, a Buddhist practitioner with a background in neuroscience and psychosomatics, who integrates meditation, body awareness, and creative practices into her work.
