🗺️The adventure
- Walking Montserrat’s iconic trails
- Learning simple orientation & navigation skills
- Reading maps, terrain, landmarks
- Making decisions about direction - together and individually
The workshop focus
This Seed is about agency.
Through guided reflection, journaling, and a nature-based visioning practice, we explore how we make decisions, take the lead, and choose direction - especially when things aren’t fully clear.
Many of us are used to being guided by others - on hikes, at work, in life.
Here, you experiment with orienting yourself, noticing what changes when you choose the way.
💫The energy
Fresh. Playful. Curious.
A light but grounded way to start the year feeling clearer, more confident, and more connected to what matters.
Wild Paths · Seeds are
Seasonal multi-adventure experiences
For people who care about what they do - and want to feel more alive, grounded, and at ease in how they live and work.
Wild Paths · Seeds are short, focused adventures combining movement, nature, and coaching-based workshops.
Each Seed explores one core theme, through experience and space to reflect, connect, and play. They include:
- guided outdoor adventures (hiking, climbing, bivouac, movement)
- topic-based group coaching and reflective workshops
- time outdoors in small, carefully held groups
The adventures, coaching sessions, and workshops work together - using experience, movement, and landscape as part of the reflexive process. They are co-facilitated by an accredited coach and a certified mountain guide, working together throughout the experience.
Adventure is not an add-on.
It’s used as a practical, embodied way to explore real-life questions - without over-talking or over-analysing.
Each weekend is:
- safety-led and professionally guided
- accessible to people with different levels of outdoor experience
- structured, but flexible
- designed so you can choose your own level of participation
You can arrive with questions, curiosity, tiredness, or energy.
There is no expectation to share more than you want, and no requirement to arrive with clarity or goals.
What Wild Paths · Seeds are not
Wild Paths · Seeds are not:
- extreme or competitive adventures
- therapy or clinical emotional work spaces
- performance-driven coaching
- “fix your life in a weekend” experiences
You won’t be pushed physically or emotionally.
You won’t be asked to disclose personal stories or revisit difficult experiences.
You won’t be expected to make decisions, set goals, or reach conclusions.
Seeds are designed to be grounded and honest - creating space for insight, perspective, and a sense of aliveness that feels light, refreshing, and real.
Seeds are co-facilitated by
Elsa Selva · Coaching, structure & reflection
Elsa is an accredited coach and PhD researcher exploring how nature-based learning spaces support wellbeing, ethical practice, and meaningful change in complex times. Her work is informed by experience across corporate facilitation, humanitarian contexts, and education - grounding her approach to agency, decision-making, and working within uncertainty.
She designs and facilitates the coaching sessions and workshops connected to each Seed’s theme, drawing on:
- coaching psychology (trauma-aware)
- positive psychology
- complexity thinking and systems perspectives
- transformative and experiential learning
Her role is to hold the reflective container, connect lived experience to meaning, and offer enough structure to support exploration - without rigidity or pressure.
Dora Hardy · Outdoor guidance & safety
Dóra is a certified mountain and climbing guide focusing on nature-based experiences for personal growth. Before guiding full-time, she worked in social justice and rights-based roles - a path that led her to seek a more embodied, nature-connected way of living and working, and to translate those values into practice in outdoor environments.
She co-designs and guides the outdoor journeys of each Seed, bringing:
- technical competence and risk management
- experience guiding groups in mountain environments
- relational awareness and care for accessibility
- an approach shaped by values of responsibility, presence, and respect for nature
Her role is to hold the adventure side of each Seed in a way that feels safe, clear, and confidence-building, leaving space for learning and shared experience.
