Ready for networking that goes beyond the basics?

For this TechTribe, we’re trying something different: Tech Speed Debating.

🗣️ What is Tech Speed Debating? It is a friendly, fast-paced activity where we explore different opinions on tech. Don't worry, you don't need to be an expert! The goal is to exchange ideas, hear how others think, and get to know the community better through the topics we're passionate about.

We’ve all been to networking events where you get stuck on "What do you do?" and "Where do you work?" This format is designed to skip the small talk. Inspired by community events like Aknostic and Dutch Cloud Native Day 2025, we’ve gathered a list of "spicy" tech topics 🌶️ to discuss for you: general open questions about how we work, the tools we use, and where the industry is headed.

ℹ️ How does it work? You’ll be paired up for 10 minutes to chat about a specific topic. There are no wrong answers! Whether you’ve been an engineer for 20 years or you’re currently transitioning into tech, your unique background brings a fresh lens to the conversation. Once the timer goes off, you’ll switch partners and topics. It’s a fast, fun way to meet the tribe and see the tech world through someone else's eyes.
