This is a relaxing class that starts with a meditation to draw your attention inwards and help you find space between your thoughts. We’ll continue with a soothing postural practice to ease tensions and knots in the physical body and close with breathing exercises, a different meditation or mantras.
To integrate the practice, we’ll finish with a delicious shavāsana with everything you need to sink into a deep state of relaxation – think a comfy bolster under your knees, a blanket to keep you cosy and a cooling eye mask. You’ll awaken renewed.

-you’re interested in starting or deepening your meditation practice
-you want to hit the pause button on your busy life
-you love long shavāsanas
No yoga or meditation experience is required. The class is guided in English and Spanish.
The class is held at Dojo Cabanyal (C/Barraca 42).
As this is a new class we’re running a special introductory offer.
You can trial the first class for €5 and if after that both you and a friend sign up, you can both enjoy 3 classes for €30.
You must use these classes by the end of February 2026.
