This is a fun Fitness Class (*only) for beginners!

Come find the joy in movement without pressure, perfection or pain. Here you will FIT in and feel good!

60 minute circuit workout:

  • 10 min Warm up
  • 20 min Strength training with kettlebells & bodyweight
  • 20 min Easy Run/Walk combo
  • 10 min Cool down

*This fitness group is for those who want a softer start on their fitness routine, a fell-good community with no pressure/comparison/competition.
