🚪 Doors close at 9:30 AM - please arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle in and begin without rush.
The class will be held in English.
Mats and props are all available at the studio.

✨💛 Charity yoga class to raise funds for medics in Ukraine
The focus of the class is to raise funds for medics in Ukraine who are saving lives on the front lines. All the donations will go towards purchasing a vehicle for medical evacuation - a car that will help transport wounded people quickly and safely from dangerous areas.

This class is open to all levels. Expect a grounding and supportive practice focused on breath, stability and inner strength.
