LA CLASE
TALLER YOGA & DANZA 🧘‍♀️
Vamos hacer un calentamiento con ejercicios de respiración y yoga para entrar en un estado de ánimo dónde nos enfocaremos en potenciar y dejar fluir nuestra creatividad, y terminaremos con una improvisación guiada.

Para todos los niveles, español/inglés.
Sitio (Shala interior / Rooftop Blaumeer Yoga) dependiendo del tiempo.
Trae tu propio mat o puedes alquilar uno.

We will do a warm up with breathwork and yoga to achieve a mental state where we it is easy to focus on enhancing and letting our creativity flow, with a guided improvisation at the end.

For all levels, English/Spanish.
Location (Shala Indoors / Rooftop Blaumeer Yoga).
Bring your own mat or you can rent one.
