Strength and Flexibility Training session.

Using a combination of Body weight, Resistance training and Yoga to promote better Strength and Flexibility throughout your body.

This session will suit all fitness levels and will be in English. All are welcome!

This a series of 3 Sunday sessions, June 12th, 19th and 26th. This is the second session in the series. All will be just 3 euros per class.

You will need to bring a towel, mat or something that you can lay on to do the floor exercises and water to stay hydrated. I will provide resistance bands and any other equipment necessary to complete the workouts.

This will be a great opportunity to meet new people, speak english while improving your personal strength and flexibility.
