Take the opportunity to get to know Valencia and join us for a day retreat.
-Time for yourself-Mona and I (Ingrid) invite you to spend a day with us on 11 October, stepping out of your routine. Together, we want to create a safe, special and creative space at Espai Local.
Of course, you can also join us if you already live in Valencia ;)
The day will start with brunch, followed by meditation, yoga and time to discover your inner creator. Connect with yourself and with other like-minded people.
