This a live demo of how to go from zero to a working Grafana dashboard using Assistant. Starting with a blank slate, we’ll use natural language to explore data and generate meaningful visualizations in minutes. Along the way, you’ll see how AI can accelerate dashboard creation without sacrificing control or understanding.

Audience: This is a great talk for anyone running Grafana for a team (current or aspiring).
Every Grafana instance starts the same way: one person, one admin account, dashboards everywhere. Then the team grows. Suddenly, you're fielding "who broke the dashboard?" and "why can't I see this folder?" This talk walks through the stages of Grafana org growth using only OSS features - from organising dashboards to Grafana-as-code - so scaling doesn't mean suffering.
