Join us as we explore together the voice and the body in a musical, playful and embodied way. We are the instruments!

This is a guided yet fully improvised experience, using the facilitation tools and methods of Musica do Circulo. No prior experience is required, only an openness to connect with other humans in your own fun, light and authentic way.
