What if your organisation worked like a thriving ecosystem?

Permaculture is a framework that takes inspiration from thriving ecosystems to develop cultures that are designed to be permanent and regenerative, meaning they are focused on long-term thinking and ensuring that our needs, as well as those of others and the planet can be sustained for generations.

​The objective of permaculture is to take responsibility for our own existence and that of our children. Acknowledging that we can either have a negative impact on life on earth or we can choose to have a positive impact.

What does this look like in an organisation?
​When permaculture is applied to organisations it can lead to:

In this 2 hour session we explore how principles from permaculture, can inspire the design of resilient, regenerative, and purpose-driven organisations. We also discuss the outcomes and benefits of applying permaculture to business, and how we can apply it to our own organisations.
